E-SHIFT LAB BRASIL LTDA is the controller of the personal data processed through this site, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

When you fill out the site's contact form, we collect the data you provide directly: full name, professional email, mobile/WhatsApp number, role (when provided), hospital, institution or company, city, state, country, the selected segment or environment type, and the content of your message.
Submitted data is used to respond to your contact request, understand the characteristics of the described environment and, where applicable, conduct a consultative business relationship with you. We do not use this data for automated decision-making.
We only send institutional communications from Sterozone and E‑Shift Lab about technology, environmental safety and new initiatives if you check the separate, non-mandatory consent box provided for that purpose on the contact form. You may cancel this authorization at any time by writing to contato@eshiftlab.com or through the unsubscribe link included in those emails.
Data submitted through the form is stored and processed with the support of Brevo (Sendinblue SAS), a marketing automation and email-sending platform headquartered in France, used to record your contact and send the automated and institutional messages referred to in this policy. This may involve transferring your data outside Brazil, carried out with the safeguards required by the LGPD for this type of operation.
Submitted data is never sold or rented. It is shared only with Brevo, acting as the processor supporting the storage and delivery described above, and is not passed on to third parties for purposes unrelated to your contact with Sterozone.
Data is kept for as long as necessary to respond to the request and conduct the business relationship, and is deleted or anonymized once it is no longer needed for that purpose.
